Presentation: Mediamark Listenership Patterns during lockdown

Mediamark has been running first-party data surveys to get a deeper understanding of how listenership patterns have changed during the different levels of lockdown. Key aspects of the survey were to get a sense of the type of content the listeners are consuming for the stations to be more accommodating to its audience. We also delved deeper into how lockdown has changed the consumer’s purchasing behaviour as well as their outlook for the future post the pandemic. Above everything else, we were also able to establish how radio remains relevant and a constant source of information for our listeners during this time.
